Yes beloved, Christian life is a battle, not YOUR battle, but HIS battle. You are not left alone to survive in the battlefield of Light versus darkness.
The Lord God of angel armies is the Faithful One who called you, watches over you, understands what you are going through and is willing to help you.
But the question is - Will you allow HIM ?
Joshua, being a man of battles had learnt from his experiences that without God he can do nothing.
You may have once witnessed God's favor upon your life. Did you then start taking matters into your own hands forgetting your God? Let's return to Him.
'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. Zechariah 4:1
May we constantly rely on the Holy Spirit God, who assures:
All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.
